• Each individual may only open one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be closed and the balance may be forfeited.
• The name, phone number, and ID details submitted at registration must be accurate.
• Any documents requested for account verification (KYC) must be submitted promptly.
• Keeping the account password confidential is solely the user's responsibility.
• Operating an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

3 Deposits & Payments

Deposits on pp33 must be made using approved payment methods, including Mobile Banking and Nagad. All deposits are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 15 minutes.
• Deposits made using a third party's bank account or payment method are not accepted.
• Pp33 reserves the right to hold any transaction pending until verification is complete.
• Deposited funds are intended solely for gaming purposes and may not be used for anything else.

4 Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirements for each bonus have been fully met.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled.

6 Gaming Rules

7 Prohibited Activities

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Pp33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, particularly in cases of Terms violations. Users may also request account closure at any time.

• Any remaining valid balance will be returned prior to account closure, provided no investigation is ongoing.
• If an account is closed due to fraud or a policy violation, the balance may not be refundable.
• Responsible gaming self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately.
• Reopening a closed account requires approval from the support team.

9 Privacy & Data Protection
